Notes about this year’s service:
The main presentation room is Courtroom 501, in Annex I. Members of the judiciary, presenters, and select bar association officers will be in that room. Courtrooms 502, 401, and 402 will be open and the service will be broadcast in those rooms as well.
We appreciate your understanding and cooperation with the following protocols to ensure that the service is as safe as possible.
- Family members will be guided into Courtroom 501 at the beginning of their respective family members’ memorial presentation.
- Please allow family members and close friends of the honoree to enter the courtroom first.
- Please maintain social distance as much as possible.
- When your family member’s memorial is concluded, please leave Courtroom 501 so that the family members of the next honoree can enter the room.
- If you wish to view other memorials while you are at the courthouse, please go to another of the courtrooms to view it virtually.
- The audio/video recording of the presentations will be made available online at a later date.
